Kind Attention Mr. G.C.Miglani,

Sub:"Rights of the Citizens and accountability of Public Servants Act, 2003" Petition regarding.

Ref: Your Memo Letter No. RS. (6) 1/2003-Com-II dated 16th July 2003

Dear Sir,

With reference to above referred Memo letter, I would like to know that under which particular Rule my Petition has not been found admissible?

Possibly I was the first individual who was invited before any Parliamentary Committee in his individual capacity, as I was invited in the year 1977 before Parliamentary Public Undertaking Committee and my evidence was considered so important that several Members invited me for Lunch or Dinner.

I submitted my suggestions before several Parliamentary Committees and appeared before several Committees, and I never face such situation, but since my present Petition may expose Politics-Crime-Nexus, so I want to know how non-admissibility is justified.

I hope that I will receive your reply by returned post.

With Regards,

Yours truly,
